Refunds

• $39 founding pack (blocking plus five shapes): a pre-order. Full refund on request any time before it opens (planned for November 1, 2026). If the date changes, we email you first, and the refund still stands. After it opens, full refund on request within 30 days.
• $15 check before you cut: full refund on request if we miss the 48 hours, or if you're not happy with the result.

Finish Your Needlepoint is a product of Cubic Software LLC, the seller for every order.

To ask for a refund, email hello@finishyourneedlepoint.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
